Issue #7: cleanup ini file and update documentation

Description
The production.ini (and the other ini files) contain a lot of stuff like container_auth_enabled etc.. These are now handle via the web interface and the ini file entries are no longer used. We should clean this up and also check the documentation.

That sounds like a good idea.
Note that there for whatever reason is 2 templates and 3 ini files that we try to keep in sync.
