https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Kallithea/0.3.3 links to http://pythonhosted.org/Kallithea/ which still contains 0.3.2 documentation.
scripts/make-release has commands for updating it - I don't know if they broke.
Another option is to clear that location and point at readthedocs.org or self-hosted.
