Leads to bad ssl cert warning, then a 404 page.

These aren't the droids you're looking for. In short:
there's noHTTPS at docs.kallithea-scm.org isn't supported- readthedocs broke their redirects, so all links leading to http://docs.kallithea-scm.org/ don't work properly unless they point at the root.
I don't have a good solution right now not involving proxying all requests to RTD (which is what I used to do and don't want to anymore).

So perhaps we should link directly to http://kallithea.readthedocs.io/... everywhere? Or make http://docs.kallithea-scm.org/ redirect there? At least short term?
