Issue #218: Bad hook removed from kallithea settings but is still active

Description
I created a hook and added it to kallithea through the GUI .. The hook had a slight problem and caused the push process to be stopped, so I removed the hook from the GUI ( deleted it ) but the hook is still active, I still can't push to my server ..
Is there any other action required to remove the hook other than removing it from the list of hooks in the GUI, eg database / session cleanup ?

It was my mistake. A local hook was causing the problem. Closing.
