Description
It would be very useful to have branch management to protect some branch or limit pushes to specified users and groups.

This would be a great functionality indeed.
As a temporary solution I guess a custom mercurial hook would work, something like this https://github.com/moparisthebest/kallithea-hooks .. but having an option of doing this via GUI settings would be fantastic ..
If someone has a solution other than mercurial hooks please shout :)
