We believe there's no non-free code in Kallithea. For details, see LICENSE.md file.
If you know for sure there's really some non-free code (which we believe there isn't), please reopen and provide precise details on what code it is and how exactly is it non-free.
Thanks.

@aurelien Please, when reporting issues, take some time to describe the issue in detail. What is LibreJS, which pieces of JavaScript exactly does it claim to be non-free?
So, meanwhile I looked up myself that LibreJS is a browser extension that analyzes web pages and whether the JavaScript they are using is correctly declared to be free. So, as @andrew_shadura mentioned, we don't think there actually is non-free JavaScript in Kallithea, but it maybe that there needs to be some additional declaration to make LibreJS happy.
Some info about this is available at: http://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/free-your-javascript.html
How about you investigate in more detail what LibreJS is complaining about, and provide patches to fix the problem? It would be the fastest way to get this really solved... Thanks.
