Issue #114: group repository creation by the users

Description
Hi, It should be great that when a user subscribe he have direcly his own group repository + right to create some new. It make the place more personnal for the user.
That is important in term of usability.

At this time only the Admin can create it for the user (and the admin stay listed in it)
