Issue #111: Mail Transport Unavailable - during active session

Description
Hi, Using postfix on debian. (mail in/out works just fine) Loading a kallithea session give a Mail Transport Unavailable en put the message in the queue.
Then, /usr/bin/mailq (show the queue) postsuper -r ALL (requeue all) and restart the Kallithea session
The mail goes to the senders, but the trouble continue with new mails that will be send.

Fixed ... it was because of my postfix conf.
