Issue #104: redirects for logins should remember GET arguments

Description
Scenario:
- logout
- go to changelog of a repository
- select a particular revision and click 'create a pull request from this revision'
- you will get a login screen
- after login, you get to the 'create pull request' page, but the revision selection is gone (the tip is used).
A similar problem is possibly present in other places.

This broke configurations with URL prefix added by proxy.
