Issue #100: gist overview should list file name

Description
Currently, each gist can only contain one file. While that could be improved (multiple files per gist), the overview currently is pretty useless if no gist description was provided, as the only info you see is the gist number.
Adding the file name could be useful here.

Unrelated, but supporting that there is room for improvements: "Gists" are weird. They do not in any way benefit from using a VCS for storage. They use the github name for what is traditionally known as 'pastebin'. Their access control model is also odd - I think it would make more sense to tie it repos.
